underwhelming stay, needs improvement
constant noise indifferent staff
the location was acceptable and provided easy access to nearby attractions.
loud noise persisted throughout the day, impacting sleep and relaxation. also, i found the service inconsistent. Some staff members were helpful, but others seemed indifferent to guest requests.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. they really went the extra mile! the room was spacious. It included a separate sitting area. the variety at the breakfast buffet was another plus! the fresh fruit and pastries were delicious. I liked them.
this was especially noticeable from my room! i hope the hotel finishes them soon.

staff members were very polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests! the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. the service team ensured all needs were promptly met.

the hotel's pool area had ample sun loungers and a dedicated kids' pool. i liked that! the gym provided a variety of equipment including treadmills and free weights! beach access was also easy and convenient.

decent stay near jbr walk
great location private beach sea view small lobby area loud music excessive noise
the location is great, right on the jbr walk. the hotel has a private beach area, and i always found a lounger available. my room had a nice view of the sea. chandu was attentive at dinner, and made my meal special.
i found the lobby area to be quite small and not very inviting. the music by the pool was loud at times. the hotel seemed to host multiple events with separate sound systems.
